Join to apply for the Salesforce FSL Business Analyst role at Tata Consultancy Services We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce FSL Business Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities Execute quick POC Write user stories aligning to product capabilities of Field Service (FSL) Hands on work on the existing salesforce implementation Lead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology implementing; experience leading executive discovery sessions Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com Create documentation (e.g., training, communications, release notes, user stories, test scripts, process flows) associated with Saleforce projects Actively co-ordinate and participate in SIT and UAT Co-ordinate with business and IT stakeholders Onsite-offshore co-ordination Report regular progress on projects Testing and training strategies Requirements Field Service certification preferred and working knowledge in mandatory Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization (ES&O) experience needed Sales, service certifications required Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution Working knowledge in data migration and integration Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles Generic Managerial Skills Excellent communication skill required to communicate with executive stakeholders and be on workshops with IT and business Bachelor of Computer Science is required for this position. We offer a salary range of $100,000-$135,000 a year.
