What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives across operations, technology, and business functions. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables while aligning with organizational goals. Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, engineering, operations, marketing, and leadership. Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track. Communicate project status, progress, and updates to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment. Manage project budgets, resources, and vendor relationships when applicable. Drive adoption of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies across teams. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus). 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a remote or distributed team. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in fast-paced, evolving environments. Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or MS Project. Excellent organizational and time-management skills—you thrive on bringing structure to complexity. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you can build trust and influence across diverse teams. Adaptability and resilience in handling shifting priorities and unexpected challenges.
